From Washington D.C.
Take I 95 south to exit #161 (left hand exit) Woodbridge South US 1  Cross Occoquan River, Right at the first light onto Annapolis Way.
Take first Right onto Marina Way. We are located at the bottom of the hill.


From Richmond, Virginia
I 95 North to Rt. 123 exit #160A, Woodbridge
At the third light, take a Left onto Rt. 1.
First light take Left onto Annapolis Way.
Take first Right onto Marina Way. We are located at the bottom of the hill.

 The Marina store is located at the water front.

Directions by water

We are located about 20 miles south of Alexandria, Va. As you are heading up the Potomac River and you reach buoy #51, head north up the Occoquan Channel. Occoquan Harbour is located between the Route 1 and Route 95 bridges.
